  The 2008 board for Pride Northwest Inc. has revealed this year’s theme, “Pride. Bring It.” The board believes that everyone in Oregon needs to bring their pride to the table in the form of activism and visibility in order to advance equality in the state of Oregon during these tumultuous times. They felt this was a simple and inclusive theme that calls for action from all citizens of the GLBTQQI community.

Please visit: www.PortlandGeneral.com/renewables.asp Pride Festival 2008 Pride Northwest, Inc. invites you to join us at the 2008 Portland Pride Festival and Parade. The Pride festival will be held on Saturday and Sunday, June 14th-15th at Tom McCall Waterfront Park in downtown Portland, OR. Festival hours of operation will be from Noon-11:00pm on Saturday and Noon-6:00pm on Sunday. $5.00 suggested donation. (Thank you!) A diverse and entertaining line-up of performers is being assembled for your enjoyment! The stage will present non-stop entertainment from 1:00-11:00pm on Saturday and 1:00-6:00pm on Sunday.  Pride Northwest is proud to work with Our House this year in generating food and support for people living with HIV and AIDS. Please bring a canned food item (or many) to the Pride Festival and drop it in our donation boxes!
Lady Miss Kier Headlines Pride!
Don't miss former Deee-lite super diva, Lady Miss Kier, grace the main stage with her vibrant energy and talented music. She is just part of an exciting Saturday line up of non stop entertainment. Kier will play the main stage at 8:30pm on Saturday...See you there!  ***We are currently looking for volunteer interpreters to help out pride weekend.
