To All Vendors
One weekend every year the Pacific Northwest Lesbian/Gay/Bi/Trans/Queer (LGBTQ) community gets together in Portland, Oregon to recognize the diversity and strength of our community and celebrate who we are in an encouraging atmosphere. Last year more than 30,000 people attended the Portland Pride Festival. The event draws people from all over Oregon and southwest Washington.
The vendor area of the festival will be open to the public from 12:00pm to 6:00pm on both Saturday and Sunday.

Fee Schedule -
For registrations made prior to May 1st:
Non-profit booth: $125
For profit booth: $250
For registrations made on or after May 1st:
Non-profit booth: $175
For profit booth: $300
For registrations made on or after June 1st:
Non-profit booth: $225
For profit booth: $350
*To register for a corner booth it is an additional $100.
Equipment rental fees:
10x10 foot tent: $170
Table and 2 chairs: $25
Electricity: $125 per 120V outlet
Water hook-up: $75

*No electricity or water can be added after June 13th.
Volunteer Incentives
Each year, Portland Pride becomes a bigger and better event, and our need for volunteers also continues to grow. The Pride Northwest Board understands how limited and precious volunteer hours are for every organization in this town. Therefore, we offer a $40 refund to any vendor that provides four hours of volunteer work during Pride weekend.
To be sure to qualify for your refund, make sure you contact our Volunteer Coordinator to schedule a work shift and identify which vendor you are representing.
